Moody's Investors Service has affirmed the servicer quality (SQ) assessments for Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing (Shellpoint, or the company), d/b/a of Newrez LLC (Newrez), at SQ2- as a prime and special servicer of residential mortgage loans.
