Mark, just wanted to touch base again ant thank you for your efforts and the professional manner you handled my refi. It was a pleasure to deal with you as everything proceeded exactly as stated. You'll always be my first recommendation for anyone looking to refi. Thanks again.
I wanted to send you both a quick note of thanks for your handling of my mother-in-law's recent refinance through New Penn. She's not terribly comfortable with "financial things" but she said she felt very confident throughout the process. You working with her so that she understood what information she needed to provide, and even walked her through closing an aged, unused account. Having working with her on "financial things" myself, I know it can be challenging - so THANK YOU very much for your patience and professionalism.
I contacted Mark Evans about refinancing my existing loan. Mark was extremely responsive and professional in answering my numerous questions and helping me understand what step we were at each day. I was initially skeptical given that I have never dealt with this lender before, but after meeting Mark face to face at their office and seeing the organized and purposeful demeanor of his group, my reservations were minimized. We closed one week early on my 30 day rate lock as I was timely in providing him the information he needed. Overall, I could not be happier with the lender I chose. Working with a lender whom you can meet face to face and will treat you as a person (and not a number) is critical in my opinion, as is working with a professional that knows the process, is organized, and knows how to get things done, like Mark. The cash you get from any lender is the same. The experience is absolutely not. Choose wisely in your decision as to which lender to go with. My rule for this is, if you wouldn't recommend them to your mother-in-law, don't do it yourself. And I would recommend Mark and his team at New Penn Financial to my mother-in-law. If that isn't glaring praise...you don't know my mother-in-law and her ability to nag.
