Frank was absolutely fantastic. We were first time homebuyers and we initially reached out to him just to discuss the mortgage process and to get more information on what the whole process looked like. He spent about an hour on the phone with my fiance and I and explained how the whole process would work. He gave us his cell phone number and we talked to him several times over weekends. He was always easy to get a hold of, and if we missed him we always got a call back within a couple of hours. Throughout the entire process Frank gave us constant updates of where we were at and what we needed to do next. He was able to give us so much attention that I felt like we were the only people he was working with, and that kind of personal experience was amazing, especially as first time homebuyers. Frank even came to settlement, which I really appreciated, since I know most lenders don't do this anymore.
